THE BIG AND BRIGHT STORY
The Big and Bright story began with a conversation between a real estate investor and a real estate attorney, both trying to find a way to ensure borrowers are treated fairly, while lenders are able to make sound investments in real estate mortgages.
From there, we started a small brokerage, originating loans in San Antonio and the surrounding area. As word spread, we began writing paper throughout the State of Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Midland/Odessa, and Central Texas.
Our services cover luxury purchases of single family homes, condominiums, ranches, and vacant land.
QUALITY, COMMUNICATION, AND SERVICE
We strive to complete every transaction, regardless of dollar amount, within 14 days from the receipt of the borrower's application. Our focus is on well qualified borrowers seeking homes with a purchase price between $350,000 to $1.5million.
Even in cases where the transaction cannot close within 14 days, we nevertheless strive to provide white-glove service from start to finish. Our business affiliation with Texas Lone Star Title enables tight integration through the closing process, and the closing can occur onsite in our offices, or entirely remotely via webcam.
Although we do not offer legal advice through the brokerage, we are an attorney owned brokerage and have quality control procedures in place to ensure that no loan falls through the cracks. Because we strive for quality over quantity, each loan is treated like it is the only active file in the office.
